Pacific Station, Encinitas CA - Design and construction of LEED Certified mixed-use project on Highway 101 in Encinitas. Podium project includes 47 residences, Whole Foods, office space and retail. Total cost of project $42 million.

Aquatera Apartments, San Diego, CA – Design and construction of 254-unit slab-on-grade project in Mission Valley. Total cost of project $54 million.

The Artisan, Oxnard, CA – Design of 272-unit apartment project in Oxnard, CA. Currently re-designing with new entitlements to increase density to 312 units.

Calypso, Irvine, CA - Ground up construction of a 177-unit apartment property. This project is a 4-story, “wrap product” with an above grade parking structure. Total cost of project: $35 million.

Archstone Gateway, Anaheim/Orange, CA – Design and pre-construction of an 884-unit apartment property. This project is a 4-story, “wrap product” with 2 above-grade parking structures and one podium building. Total cost of project: $170 million.

Archstone Ontario, Ontario, CA - Design of 256-unit apartment property. This project is a 3-story, “garden-style” product that is part of a master planned development. Total cost of project: $40 million.

San Tan, Phoenix, AZ – Ground up construction of a 251-unit apartment property. This project is a 3-story, “garden-style” product that is part of a master planned development. Total cost of project: $24 million.

Zanjero, Glendale, AZ - Ground up construction of a 352-unit apartment property. This project is a 3-story, “garden-style” product that was built next to the new Cardinals Stadium. Total cost of project: $24 million.

Archstone Warner Center, Los Angeles, CA - Ground up construction of a 522-unit apartment property. This project is a 4-story, “wrap product” with (2) five-level parking structures. Total cost of project: $67 million.

Archstone Presidio View, San Diego, CA - Ground up construction of a 350-unit apartment property. This project is a 4-story, “wrap product” with a 6-level parking structure. Total cost of project: $55 million.

Archstone Portofino, San Diego, CA - Ground up construction of a 396-unit apartment property. This project was a built-to-suit three-story, slab-on-grade for the HG Fenton Company. Total cost of project: $37 million

Archstone Ventura, Ventura, CA - Ground up construction of a 316-unit apartment property. This project is a three-story, slab-on-grade, including extensive off-site work (i.e. streets, utilities, single family lots, etc.) Total cost of project: $36 million.

Desert Club, Phoenix, AZ - Ground up construction of a 497-unit apartment property. This project is a three-story, slab-on-grade. Total cost of project: $31 million.

Archstone Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, CA - Ground up construction of a 216-unit apartment property. This project is a three-story, slab-on-grade, with extensive site work (i.e. soil nailing, geo-grid slopes, etc.) Exterior and interior finishes are high-end. Total cost of project: $40 million.

Archstone Mission Valley, San Diego, CA - Ground up construction of a 756-unit apartment property. This project is a three-story, slab-on-grade Total cost of project: $60 million.

Torrey Hills, San Diego, CA - Ground up construction of a 325-unit apartment property. This project is a three-story, slab-on-grade. Total cost of project: $27 million.

The Colony at Aventine, La Jolla, CA - Ground up construction of a 232-unit apartment property. This project is a four-story, over two levels of subterranean parking structure. Exterior and interior finishes are high-end. Total cost of project: $50 million

Champagne Towers, Santa Monica, CA - Complete demolition and remodeling of a 17-story oceanfront high-rise. Scope of work included: structural improvements, seismic retrofit, and complete build-out of luxury apartments. Total cost of project: $90 million.

Arcadia at Stonecrest, San Diego, CA - Ground up construction of a 342-unit apartment property. This project is three-story, slab on grade construction. Exterior finishes are high-end, with interiors typical of luxury apartment rentals. Total cost of project: $45 million.

Villas of Renaissance, La Jolla, CA - Remodeling of 932-unit apartment property. This project is a four-story, over two levels of subterranean parking structure. Complete exterior renovation with limited work in the interiors. The 15,000sf clubhouse was completely rebuilt including seismic retrofit. Total cost of project: $8 million.

Western National Group Corporate, Irvine, CA - Tenant improvement of 45,000sf corporate office. This project was a complete demolition and build-out, all performed within a seven week period. The architect’s punch list contained three items (all back-orders from owner revisions).
